Harrogate Cornwall Road is an Ofsted-rated "Good" nursery with a capacity of 60 children. The nursery features thoughtfully designed rooms that group children by developmental stage, promoting learning and fun. It also has a creative outdoor garden area where children are encouraged to explore freely. Located in the heart of Harrogate on Cornwall Road, the nursery is just a 3-minute drive from the A61. Public transport options are convenient, with a bus stop on Rutland Road serving route X12 and Harrogate train station just a 20-minute walk away. - Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
- Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
- Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
