As the Residential Conveyancer, you will handle a range of transactions for both freehold and leasehold properties, including:
  • Sales
  • Purchases
  • Remortgages
  • New Builds
  • Right to Buy
  • Shared Ownership
  • Transfers of Equity
  • Lease Extension
