When the head chef isn't working, you'll take the lead ensuring that the same high standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained.You'll be responsible for ensuring all food is produced to a high standard and in accordance with the menu set with the head chef. You'll need to make sure that correct quantities are delivered to ensure there is minimal wastage.About youAn organised and proactive individual, you'll have some experience in a catering/kitchen environment. You'll enjoy taking the lead and providing guidance to others and be passionate about providing a high-quality product.Our kirchen team work various shifts between the hours of 6am and 6pm with some weekends.
