Role: Bar SupervisorHours: 40 per weekSalary: £27,300 per annum plus service chargeIf you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and mentoring teams to facilitate exceptional experiences for our guests, then you're exactly what we're looking for.Your day with Team Carden:
  • Supporting the managers with supervising profitable bar areas and outdoor spaces
  • Creating and dispensing a variety of drinks, including cocktails
  • You will have thorough knowledge of our menus, with the ability to provide guest's with information required whilst taking food and drink orders
  • Preparing for restaurant, events and bar service, as well as close down at end of the shift
  • Maximising sales via hospitable and knowledgeable service
  • Undertaking delegation duties and preparing for the days activities.

Cocktail masterclasses are provided by our experienced sommelier and you will be encouraged to cascade this information and knowledge to the staff you supervise.Full time roles are available with hours available for day shifts, evenings and weekends.We are inviting those who are over 18 to join us to support the team during the day/evening and weekends in our various bars.Be Part of Team CardenYou will work well in a team, as well as have the ability to work independently when required.
