
Receptionist - Front of House/Hospitality Assistant

- Provide a first – rate welcome service to all visitors and clients, meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Act as first point of contact for outside calls, screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, handling where appropriate including taking messages and ensuring they are delivered to the right person.
- Organise catering for visitors and clients- ensure that the food and drink we provide is appropriate and well thought out.
- Think outside the box to provide help and support to the business at all levels.
- Manage the company’s office and facility needs efficiently to a high standard.
- Implement safe working practises to ensure safety of building occupiers and visitors.
- Provide occasional assistance to the Senior Management Team
- Meeting room diary management – managing diaries, planning and organising meetings, including room set up, catering and ensuring relevant facilities are available.
- Liaising with our travel agent to arrange domestic and international travel for our employees – this involves receiving internal travel requests including flight and hotel requests and liaising with our dedicated travel agent to present options to book for the employee.
- Provide excellent management support and reliability at all times, service with a smile. liaising with clients, suppliers and other colleagues.
- Experienced in a front of house / meeting and greeting reception role
- First class customer service skills with strong communication
- Good Administrative skills
