We are looking for a diligent AML Analyst / Compliance Manager to join our Legal Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the compliance of our property transactions with all anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations.Reporting directly into the Group GC & MLRO, the AML Analyst / Compliance Manager will be a proactive member of the legal team and responsible for escalated AML matters from the sales compliance team.You will be:
  • Performing regular AML checks and due diligence on property transactions.
  • Managing expectations from a busy, target driven sales team.
  • Reporting any suspicious activities in accordance with AML regulations.
  • Developing and implementing AML training for team members.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of AML laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with the legal team to ensure company-wide AML compliance.
  • Preparing regular reports on AML activities for senior management.
  • Contributing to the development of company AML policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with external audits and regulatory inspections when required.
Compliance Manager / AML Analyst|Property Investment Firm in LondonThe successful AML Analyst / Compliance Manager should have:
  • A strong understanding of AML laws and regulations.
  • Ideally obtained experience in a legal or compliance role within the high pace industry.
  • Have broad compliance knowledge or interest into ABC, Data Protection, Modern Slavery etc
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.
  • A degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using AML software and tools.
  • We are not looking for KYC or financial crime professionals. If you do not have AML or broad corporate compliane you will not be considered for this position.
