As the Planner, you will be accountable for the Demand, Supply, or Raw Material plan to ensure customer requirements are met through S&OP, Mid-Long Term Capacity Planning, or Material Resolution. You will act as a liaison between production and various other internal and external stakeholders.What’s in it For You:Opportunity for a long-term career path that allows for exposure into all areas of Ecolab’s supply chainAccess to best-in-class resources, tools, and technologyThrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and has been recognized as one of the most ethical companies in the worldWhat You Will Do:Accountable for the Demand, Supply, or Raw Material plan to ensure customer requirements are met through S&OP, Mid-Long Term Capacity Planning, or Material ResolutionMay also manage short-term supply or raw material scheduling/planning for a large facility and/or complex product lineIntermediate problem identification/solving and navigating ambiguous situationsUtilizes project management skills to participate in and/or lead small to medium scope/business impact continuous improvement activitiesApplies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance organizational goalsBuilds internal/external partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesMay help design and establish new processes or solutions to drive value through increased efficiency or performanceManages daily operational partnerships with internal plants, warehouses and/or external suppliersMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Operational Management, or other relevant areas of expertise.2 years of work experience in supply chain planning, finance, marketing, or a related analytical disciplineSignificant experience with SAP is a core prerequisite.High level of proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel including proficiency in Pivot charts and tables, V/H/X Look up and other slightly more advanced formula.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with different audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholdersAbility to navigate complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamicsA track record of successfully delivering to Key Performance Indicators and business objectivesExperience with cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsDemonstrated ability for using a strategic mindsetPreferred QualificationsAdvanced technical or business degree, MBA preferredExperience in operational excellence and project management such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Green Belt, etc.APICS CertificationWe welcome applications from people fleeing the situation in Ukraine.
