
Customer Service - Billing and Network Administrator

- Creation, assessment, and coverage of travel insurance claims
- Review and audit of medical expenses according to group policy
- Understanding and entering invoice payments on our inhouse system
- Identify and carry out negotiations of medical invoices
- Handle and co-ordinate requests for arrangement of logistical services for clients
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to work to fixed timeframes

- Capable of functioning in a high-pressure environment
- Must be confident and self-motivated
- Team player - with the ability to work alone using own initiative
- Proficient computer skills are essential for this role
