Fire & Security Engineers | London + Surrounding Areas | £38,000 – £55,000 DOE + Bonuses (OTE £60k+)An established Fire & Security specialist is looking for two experienced Engineers to join the team, working across a variety of commercial projects including hotels, retail, and longer-term contracts. What’s on Offer:
  • Salary: £38,000 – £55,000 DOE
  • Employee bonus: Up to £3,000 annually (tax-free)
  • Performance bonus: £300 per job completed within allocated time
  • On-target earnings: £60k+
  • Company vehicle: Choice of Transit Connect, VW Tiguan, or Toyota Corolla
  • Travel: Paid door-to-door (D2D), provided site hours are met

  • Call-out rota: 1 in 5 (moving to 1 in 7)
  • Training: Manufacturer and Industry training support offered.
The Role:
  • Service, maintenance, and small works across fire and security systems (fire experience is essential, security desirable)
  • Projects include both shorter commercial jobs and longer-term site work
  • Integration work on Gent fire systems (training available if not already experienced)
  • Balance of service visits, remedial works, and small projects
The Person:
  • Strong background in fire alarms (Gent experience highly desirable, though not essential with training provided)
  • Competence in both fire & security systems (security desirable but not critical)
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing project demands
  • Able to participate in the on-call rota
