We're recruiting factory operatives across multiple departments - and the great part is, you'll get a tour of the site to see which role feels like the right fit for you! 👣Here's a snapshot of the kinds of tasks you might be doing:
- Hand-glazing products with care and precision 🎨
- Operating machines in shaping or finishing departments ⚙️
- Loading and unloading trollies with materials or finished goods 📦
- Working in final inspection - checking quality and detail 👀
- Supporting general factory duties across the site
- The workplace can be dusty and warm, so it may not be suitable for people with certain conditions (e.g. asthma or skin sensitivity).
- Some departments are noisy and require ear protection - all PPE is provided.
- We'll invite you on a site tour before your first shift so you can get a real feel for the role.
- Hands-on and ready to learn new skills
- Flexible and open to working in different areas
