This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about helping customers get tangible results from technology.You'll:
- Lead post-sale onboarding and deliver value-driven outcomes for enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Own renewals and negotiate contracts, with support from leadership.
- Champion the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and service delivery.
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS business.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics tools, and ETL processes.
- Commercially savvy, with experience in renewals and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, collaborative, and highly organised, with a passion for solving customer challenges.
