  • Assist the team in maintaining the hotel’s high standards, ensuring guest areas, facilities, and back-of-house spaces are clean, safe, and well-presented
  • Work closely with other departments to support maintenance needs and help resolve issues promptly, ensuring a comfortable environment for guests and staff
  • Carry out basic checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant team members
  • Learn and follow best practices for hotel maintenance and safety procedures, with full training provided
  • Stay engaged and open to developing new skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service and support the team
