Part-time Administrator required to work 28 hours per week Monday to support our 0-19 Public Health Nursing team which includes Health Visitors, School Nurses, Community Health Practitioners, and School Health Support Workers. Working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate but hours will need to be worked between 8am and 5pm, across Monday to Friday, over four or five days a week.The post is permanently based at Droitwich Medical Centre. Free staff parking is available on site. Following induction and training, some home working will be available.The post holder will join a team of administrators supporting the Wychavon locality team on a daily basis, and other localities on an ad-hoc basis.We pride ourselves in providing outstanding care for children 0-19 and their families across Worcestershire. Applicants will be expected to have good interpersonal and IT skills and be willing to learn and develop within the team.The role is busy and varied and requires the post holder to have a flexible approach and a calm, professional manner. The ability to work accurately whilst multi-tasking is essential.   • Educated to vocational level 3 in Business Administration or Educated to vocational level 2 with NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 3 qualification on appointment to post.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English in both verbal and written formats
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy

  • Recent, relevant Administrative/Secretarial experience.

  • Previous relevant NHS experience.
