Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Social Worker to join the safeguarding team in an East London Borough.About the RoleAs a Social Worker, you’ll manage a diverse caseload, conducting assessments, planning interventions, and coordinating care packages that promote wellbeing and safeguard vulnerable children and young people. Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake statutory safeguarding investigations
  • Assess risk and develop robust safety plans in collaboration with families and professionals
  • Deliver timely interventions that reduce harm and promote resilience
  • Maintain detailed case records and prepare reports for legal proceedings
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Participate in reflective supervision and continuous professional development
What You’ll Need
  • A Social Work degree
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Completion of your ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment)
