Every dish reflects his innovation, precision and passion for reinvention, with counter seating offering front-row access to a dynamic open kitchen.The role:As our Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests in Pavyllon Restaurant, Bar and Lounge.You will thoroughly understand Four Seasons' and Yannick Alleno quality standards in food presentation, beverage and service and implement them. You will become thoroughly knowledgeable on menu's, ingredients, and beverages within our outlets.
