Primary Supply Teacher – TraffordMilk Education are recruiting purpose-driven, ambitious Supply Teachers to join our Primary Schools across the borough of Trafford to work on a long-term, short-term or day-to-day basis.You’ll be joining inclusive modern school’s around the Trafford area as a Supply Teacher.This is open to ECTs or experienced educators to join fantastic schools that we work with to support pupils in reaching their potential!What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a calm, focused learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans or adapt quickly when plans are unavailable, across a range of year groups and subjects.
  • Demonstrate professionalism through punctuality, appropriate conduct, and adherence to school policies.
  • Communicate effectively with pupils and staff and provide clear handover notes detailing the day’s progress and any issues.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Relevant Teaching Degree or Equivalent Usually a Bachelor of Education (BEd), BA/BSc with QTS, or a PGCE with QTS.
  • Enhanced DBS Check (Disclosure and Barring Service) Must be current (usually updated within the last year) and ideally on the Update Service to allow schools to check status online.
  • Experience Teaching in Primary Settings
