- Build & Lead Talent - Recruit, develop, and retain best-in-class JDE consultants who embody Version 1's core values.
- Drive Delivery Success - Provide proactive governance, risk management, and quality assurance across projects. Personally step in where needed to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.
- Optimise Resource Utilisation - Ensure strong chargeability and utilisation across the JDE practice.
- Champion Innovation - Embed AI-driven tools, automation, UDOs, Orchestrations, and modern practices into delivery to accelerate cycle times and improve right-first-time outcomes.
- Develop People - Build a motivated, inclusive, and engaged team, driving upskilling, certifications, and career progression.
- Retain Top Talent - Identify and nurture high performers while creating rotation opportunities to broaden experience and maintain delivery velocity.
- Support Sales & Growth - Actively contribute to bids, solution design, estimations, PoCs, and proposal reviews.
- Lead Thought Leadership - Share expertise through blogs, white papers, and speaking at industry events.
- Continuously Improve - Measure and drive improvements in delivery, process, people, and technology.
- Extensive JD Edwards ERP expertise with a proven track record in implementations, upgrades, and optimisation.
- Strong ERP programme/project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and mentor consultants.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen with experience supporting bids, pre-sales, and estimation.
- Certification in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed and work within Version 1's hybrid working model.
