We care about people, the planet, and our business.Now, we’re looking for a Supply Planner to join us and help drive this mission forward.Your RoleWe’re looking for a Supply Planner to maintain excellent communications and delivery between our Customers, our Commercial and our Production team. This role is essential to delivering on our promises to our Customers and continually improving our performance.Location: This role will be based in Kent at our Farm Pepperness with 4 days in office upto 1 day a week work from home and occasional travel to London.As part of this role, you’ll be expected to stand tall—delivering results with integrity and accountability.Who you’ll be working withYou’ll be part of the Growth Team a cross-functional team which encompasses Sales, Product, Marketing and Impact, and you will be working alongside our Production team at the farm to collaborate closely on managing our Supply and Demand dynamics.We believe in growing together, ensuring every team member has the opportunity to flourish and make a real impact.What you’ll be doing
- Sales Delivery (50%) – Daily and Weekly Ordering and Logistics Management
- Building, developing, and maintaining effective accurate demand forecasts at Customer level
- Ensuring all launches, delists range changes and promotional and marketing activities are effectively reflected in the sales forecast
- Closely coordinating and communicating customer action plans and sharing key insights with the Operations teams
- Logistics management for collection by retailers
- S&Op Reporting and Management (30%) – Maintain the monthly calendar of S&Op meetings
- Medium (1 month) and Long-term (3 month) Demand Planning
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders including Account Managers, Farm Ops, Marketing and Logistics to ensure great service and forecast accuracy
- Reporting and analysis of KPIS and using forecast accuracy analysis to improve forecasting for the business and our Customers
- Stakeholder meeting planning
- Order & Inventory Management (20%)
- Coordinating with the Warehouse team and Farm Ops with the management of tray hire and stock management of primary and secondary packaging based on forecasted demand to allow smooth supply
- Exceptional commercial awareness
- Competent with excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised planning with an ability to work to strict deadlines
- Self-motivated and driven
- Experience in retail facing supply planning role and basic knowledge of retailer systems would be advantageous
