- Minimal administration established document flow protocol, admin buddy system for absence. No hidden workload, all admin in designated admin slots.
- Limited number of visits, all of which replace appointments within regular sessions.
- Payment of medical defence fees.
- BMA safe working limits,13 patients per session, 15min appointments.
- - High standard of clinical competence across the breadth of general practice
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- - Ability to adapt communication style for patients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
- - Skilled in working with interpreters and accessible communication formats
- - Competent IT skills, including EMIS/SystmOne and Microsoft Office
- - Accurate record-keeping and time management
- - Involvement in service improvement or innovation
- - Experience working in UK primary care
- - Familiarity with QOF and clinical audit
- - Demonstrated ability to provide care for patients from a wide range of cultural, social, and economic backgrounds
- - Experience working in inner-city or deprived areas
- - Specialist interest in a clinical or non clinical area
- - Teaching, mentoring, or supervision experience with AHP's, medical students, GP registrars, or other health professionals
- - Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and inclusion on NHS England Performers List
- - Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice (or equivalent)
- - MRCGP
- - Evidence of recent appraisal and current revalidation
- - Appropriate medical defence indemnity
- - Previous experience as a GP
- - Additional training in health inequalities, cultural competence, or safeguarding
