- Support the HR Director in a generalist capacity but with an emphasis on Employer Relations
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Act as a point of contact for staff queries and office-related concerns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety standards.
- Previous experience in office management and HR functions, preferably from a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and office software.
- An understanding of employment regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
