Special Educational Needs - Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)A welcoming and supportive special needs school in Chiswick is seeking a committed Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This full-time role is ideal for a teacher with a passion for inclusive education and an interest in making a real difference in the lives of pupils with moderate learning difficulties (MLD).This role offers a quick transition from a long-term to a permanent contract, making it a great opportunity for teachers looking to settle into a long-term position in a specialist setting.About the School:

Primary Teacher Responsibilities:
  • Teaching across the primary age range, depending on experience and school needs.
  • Planning and delivering engaging, adapted lessons to meet individual needs.
  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals.
  • Involvement in planning and reviewing EHCPs and progress monitoring.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working with pupils with SEN, particularly MLD, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching.
