This is a contract role, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical procurement activities within the maritime domain.Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing contract management to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
  • Managing supplier performance and fostering strong relationships
  • Controlling stock demand and managing inventory operations
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement processes
  • Handling cost management and processing invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Implementing procurement strategies that align with the project objectives
  • Providing procurement input for operational planning and execution
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in procurement, ideally within the defence sector
  • Strong knowledge of contract management and supplier performance
  • Understanding of stock demand and control processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle cost and invoice management efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with strong organisational abilities
  • BPSS clearance or willingness to obtain it
