
Manufacturing Engineer

- Investigating quality and production issues, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions.

What you’ll bring to this roleWe’re looking for
- A qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (BTEC, HNC, or higher) OR relevant hands-on experience.
- You’ll have a strong technical mindset, good attention to detail, and the confidence to work with both internal teams and external partners.
- Some practical experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100
- Exposure to CAD software, ERP/MRP systems, or metrology tools.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) and APQP processes.
