Stafforce are looking for Production Workers, offering immediate starts for our client in Scunthorpe, Billet Lane, DN15.Our client is Sofina Foods, one of the UK's leading pork processors, an employer of choice with ongoing staff requirements and competitive rates of pay, including overtime.We can offer various shifts but currently we are recruiting for evening shift with immediate starts and paid training.Production Operative shift patterns available:FULL TIME:
  • A - Monday to Wednesday 6am - 6pm £12.30p/h
  • B -Thursday to Saturday 6am - 6pm £12.30p/h plus Saturday uplift £3.04p/h
  • C -SHIFT Monday to Friday 6pm to midnight £13.17p/h
We can offer ad hoc (flexible) working. However you must be able to work minimum 2 days between Monday to Saturday on 12 hour shifts.OVERTIME AVAILABLE @ £15.38 p/hNo previous experience required as paid training is provided.The Role
  • Handling of raw sliced bacon, respecting specifications for each customer
  • The servicing of and the feeding on to the line.
  • Loading raw bacon into trays
  • Packing of finished product
  • General production duties
  • General hygiene duties (clean as you go).
  • Stacking and palletizing boxes and servicing the line with ingredients and packaging, in line with relevant SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) and product specifications.
  • Working within Good Manufacturing Practices - i.e.; safely, hygienically and through correct quality procedures.
