Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 basic + bonus scheme
Hours: 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
Holidays: 20 days + bank holidaysAre you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping a busy workshop running like clockwork?
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee a team of 6–7 talented technicians, making sure every job is completed to the highest standard — on time, every time.What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing daily workshop operations and allocating jobs efficiently
  • Using the Techman system to book work and keep everything flowing
  • Ordering parts as needed to keep jobs moving smoothly
  • Driving productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting and mentoring the team, using your own technical knowledge to solve problems quickly
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Workshop Controller in the motor trade
  • A strong technical/automotive background
  • Confident with digital systems (all our processes are fully digitised)
  • Organised, proactive, and a natural communicator
