Our client, a well-established HVAC services provider based in Chelmsford, is seeking a Lead HVAC Engineer to join their team. Operating across Essex and London, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to step into a senior role with responsibility for mentoring one apprentice and leading varied installation and maintenance projects.Key Responsibilities:Carry out and oversee HVAC installations, servicing, and maintenance across commercial and residential sites.Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and to a high standard.Supervise and support one apprentice, offering hands-on mentorship and technical guidance.Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and company quality standards.Maintain clear communication with clients and provide accurate reporting on job progress and outcomes.
