The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care, including the management of minor ailments, chronic diseases, prescribing medications, womens health and generally ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.About usWe are a strong multi-disciplinary team comprising of 13 GPs, 1 ANP, 2 clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technician, mental health practitioners, practice nurses, HCAs and a full management and administrative support team. We are recruiting due to our need for 2 ANPs. We work from new premises, fully completed in July 2024, with a beautiful staff room.The team has the advantage of working closely with East & Central Brighton PCN Community Interest Company, providing additional support to our patients.We offer a Bike to Work scheme, free bus transport within the first 4 weeks of taking up the post, weekly clinical meetings, regular social events, Balint groups and plenty of time for reflective practice. We promote a healthy working environment and support the wellbeing of each other.We support first year medical students, FY2 doctors, GPST2 doctors and will very shortly become a full training practice.
