- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- Assist in resolving customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Previous experience in a B2B sales position.
- Previous outbound sales/business development experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
