No problem.We offer full support, including free CPD, experience days, and ongoing guidance to help you step into the classroom with confidence and purpose.About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Support students in maths, science, computing or general lessons - both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Help pupils with SEND (including autism, ADHD, and SEMH) access learning effectively
  • Encourage curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning in young minds
  • Provide academic and emotional support across primary, secondary, or SEN settings
  • Work alongside teachers and support staff to foster inclusive, inspiring classrooms
We're Looking For:
  • Graduates or final-year students in STEM subjects ( Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • Individuals who are logical, resilient, and passionate about education
  • Those looking to explore careers in teaching, educational outreach, or youth support
  • Reliable, proactive, and empathetic individuals who want to make a difference
What We Offer:
  • Weekly pay - starting from £95 per day (PAYE)
  • DBS fee reimbursed after successful placement
  • Free CPD and training, including classroom management and SEND support

  • Location: Basingstoke, Farnborough, Hook, Alton + surrounding areas
  • Contract: Temp-to-Perm
  • Schedule: Full-time (part-time considered)
  • Hours: 8:30am - 3:15pm, term time only
  • Pay: From £95 per day (PAYE)
