As Activities Coordinator you will plan and organise monthly rolling programmes and individual activities that encourage residents to stay active and maintain their hobbies. You will foster social connections by helping residents to socialise and enjoy a range of activities that cater for different preferences and abilities. You will keep accurate records of activity participation and outcomes to help demonstrate impact and support ongoing improvement. You will work closely with the care team to ensure activities are safe, person centred and meaningful for each resident.What We Are Looking For
- Proven ability to plan and deliver a range of engaging events and activities
- A friendly, creative and confident personality
- A genuine interest in working with older people and supporting their wellbeing
- Strong communication and organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
