- Lead the clinical and operational management of the ward, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care
- Coordinate patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for seamless admission and discharge processes

- Implement risk management and safeguarding protocols, ensuring all staff are equipped to handle complex situations
- Oversee budgets and participate in service business planning to drive the organisation’s success

- Ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act and related legislation to protect patient rights
