This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £36.54, with full-time hours from 09:00 to 17:00. It is a perfect chance for an experienced OT looking to make a difference in the lives of our clients. We’re looking for a qualified OT with at least two years of post-qualification experience.   • Conduct comprehensive strengths-based assessments for clients after illness or injury
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to design personalised reablement plans
  • Visit clients in their homes and community settings to promote independence and well-being
  • Monitor client progress and adjust reablement strategies as required to ensure successful outcomes
  • Document and report on client progress, liaising with other health care professionals as needed
