Our peaceful setting offers convenient access to local amenities, with the town centre just five minutes away and excellent public transport options nearby.Your Role:As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping individuals live meaningful, independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting daily routines and promoting independence
  • Encouraging personal growth through hobbies, interests, and activities
  • Assisting with healthcare needs, such as attending appointments and administering medication
  • Teaching life skills like budgeting, shopping, and managing bills
  • Providing personal care when needed
  • Supporting with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
  • Offering physical and emotional encouragement and guidance
  • Please note: Applicants must have 2-3 years of experience working in complex care settings.
