- Team Management: Lead Enterprise Business Development Managers
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies with Commercial Director
- Performance Development: Coach team members and drive collective results
- Pipeline Oversight: Manage both personal and team sales pipelines
- Full Sales Cycle: From data sourcing through to deal closure
- Relationship Building: Face-to-face meetings with enterprise clients across the UK
- Solution Selling: Present tailored eCommerce solutions including Google Shopping expertise
- Industry Presence: Attend key events to strengthen relationships and open opportunities
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
- Revenue Delivery: Hit ambitious personal and team revenue goals
- Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and regular leadership updates
- Enterprise Sales Success: Consistently hitting or exceeding targets at enterprise level
- Retail/eCommerce Experience: Background working with clients in these sectors
- Management Experience: Successfully led enterprise sales teams
- Digital Marketing Agency Background: Understanding of the agency environment
- Existing Retail Networks: Strong relationships with retailers (highly valued)
- C-Level Comfort: Experience engaging senior decision-makers
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing trends
