Are you looking for a fast paced role in a growing Wokingham based organisation where you will be using your strong communication and organisational skills?As a Project Coordinator you will work within a specific division of our client's company where your primary goal is to support the operations of the planned work. You will play a pivotal role in project success by managing compliance documentation, creating handover packs, overseeing project activities, and providing excellent customer service. The perfect person will have a customer service forward mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.The role is working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm and is fully office based. Also due to the location of the role it is best to be a car driver. The salary will be £28,000 dependent on experience plus a 12% discretionary bonus .Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator role in Wokingham:
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to confirm completed works and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in the administration and management of projects under the current government grant scheme.
  • Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks such as tracking deliverables and updating project management tools
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and escalate risks or delays to project managers
