
Project Coordinator

- Full-time
- Maintain regular contact with customers to confirm completed works and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in the administration and management of projects under the current government grant scheme.
- Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings
- Support project teams with administrative tasks such as tracking deliverables and updating project management tools
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Ensure project deadlines are met and escalate risks or delays to project managers
- Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive approach to customer service
- Team collaboration and coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast pace team.
