- Experimental Setup: Contribute to the execution of experimental rigs to rigorously test new heat transfer and hydraulic designs.
- CAD Drawing: Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings, ensuring precision in design and adherence to industry standards.
- Manufacturing Engineering: Drive projects that enhance product functionality, cost efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure specifications are met and projects stay on track.
- Project Management: Contribute to the overall development of our product and support with project management tasks.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related discipline. A PhD in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in an R&D environment, preferably within the HVAC, automotive or space sector.
- Practical Skills: Hands-on experience in mechanical engineering and experimental design ideally in the context of novel climate technologies.
- Familiarity with experimental setups, test rigs, and instrumentation.
- Strong analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Expertise in CAD and manufacturing/materials processing is desirable.
- Experience in either HVAC or hydraulic systems is a plus.
- Knowledge in industrial control systems is a plus.
