- Direct support to the Managing Director
- Autonomy and ownership of financial operations

- Prepare and review service charge budgets and expenditure reports
- Manage designated client bank accounts and perform reconciliations
- Support accrual accounting, forecasting, and year-end financial reporting
- Liaise with external accountants and ensure audit compliance
- Conduct internal audits and address billing discrepancies
- Assist with Companies House filings
- Collaborate on new finance software implementation
- Improve and streamline financial processes and controls
- Experience in residential block/estate management finance
- Strong knowledge of service charge accounting, ARMA/RICS compliance
- Skilled in accrual accounting and reconciliations
- Comfortable managing multiple designated accounts
- Audit-aware and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible part-time schedule (Mon-Wed, 22.5 hours)
