
Team Administrator

- Set up new projects, project numbers, folders and email filing.
- Tracking enquiries, chasing fee proposals and tracking conversions.
- Provide administrative support to Director and their team being the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring efficiencies in all areas of fee-earning work, production of reports and management of significant caseload.
- Upload and download documents from client and other external sites.
- Compiling and collating information as required by the Directors or Surveying Teams.
- Preparation of invoices and credit notes
- Credit control emails and chasing invoices
- Reconciling costs against projects.
- Team / central purchasing tasks.
- Efficient daily diary management including coordination of diaries / meetings / travel / conferences / booking meeting rooms, lunches, venues etc.
- Assistance with client event bookings / accommodation and transport booking
- Inbox management - flagging important emails, deleting junk emails and email filing.
- You will also be required to carry out general administrative tasks across the business as needed.
- Experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience using Focal Point would be beneficial.
