For further information about the Disclosure Barring Service please visitJoin our Clean Start Team at L&Q:As part of our Property Services team, you will work alongside other operatives and undertake end of tenancy clearance and cleaning of properties, basic gardening, house removals and storage, bio clearance and cleaning, supporting other services to clear hoarded properties.As an Operational Mentor you will be tasked with leading the local team on site, mentoring team members with a diverse background and actively developing the team by giving constructive feedback. You will be responsible for ensuring our customer standards and targets are delivered, time on site is recorded and that the customers experience of our service is positive.
