Supply Teachers Required – Poole, DorsetOur client secondary schools based in Poole are seeking additional supply teachers to ensure they have a strong and continuous workforce for the new academic year, starting September 2025.We have a range of flexible supply teacher roles available to suit your availability, along with Cover Supervisor opportunities for those without teaching qualifications.Role Details:Flexible supply roles available to suit your scheduleCover Supervisor work also available for educators without QTSPositions starting September 2025 for the full academic yearEarn £120 – £150 per day (depending on experience)Must be available between 2–5 days per weekOpportunity to work across a variety of secondary schools in Poole and surrounding areasResponsibilities:Deliver pre-set lessons and supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacherManage classroom behaviour effectivelyEnsure pupils remain on task and complete the work providedWork alongside senior teachers to support pupil progress across a range of abilitiesRequirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with transferable teaching experience in secondary educationStrong classroom management skillsCover Supervisor roles also open to educators without teaching qualifications but with relevant classroom experienceA valid child-only DBS (or willingness to apply)Location & Access:Our client schools are located across Poole, with excellent transport links from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne, and Wareham. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
