This post is for 28.5 hours per week, ideally worked across three shifts of 8am6pm (although this may be flexible)The RoleAs part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, you will work alongside Consultants, GPs, Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Health Care Support Workers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, as well as pharmacy colleagues (technicians & pharmacist). You will play a key role in supporting patients (either remotely or in their homes) and the wider H@H team in all aspects of medication management.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member, educated to BTEC or S/NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services and National Certificate (NC) or equivalent. You must be confident in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care in a fast-paced, patient-centred environment.Essential RequirementsGPhC registration as a Pharmacy TechnicianRelevant qualifications (BTEC/SNVQ Level 3 and NC or equivalent)Ability and willingness to travel across Aberdeen City and AberdeenshireAccess to a Low Emission Zone-compliant vehicle for work purposesA full UK driving licencePlease NoteTime is extremely valuable within the NHS.
