- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent) with a specialism in English.
- Demonstrated experience teaching English across Key Stages 3, 4, and A-level.
- A creative and thoughtful approach to lesson planning that brings texts to life and prepares students for success in GCSE and A-level assessments.
- A strong command of classroom management and the ability to create an inclusive and motivating learning environment.
