- Coordinate cross-functional teams and project sprints to ensure alignment to business objectives, timeframes, budget and scope
- Develop detailed project plans and document progress, implementation guides and technical requirements
- Design and deliver user training and provide post implementation support to enhance customer experience and CRM processes
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with external partners, especially digital agency, implementation partner, dashboard developer and the sales coach
- Continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvement measures in an agile fashion
- Work closely with regional and group sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Drive ongoing improvements and innovation in line with evolving customer needs and trends to drive growth, penetrate new demographics and delight customers
- Ensure that our customers' data is always treated with respect and diligence and compliant with legislation such as: The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), The Consumer Protection Act, the NHQB and The Consumer Code
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager/Director or similar senior role for complex integrations
- Deep understanding of detailed sales, marketing and customer engagement performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with a strong customer service attitude
- Proven project team management skills, ideally within a complex structure
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Hubspot
- Previous experience of working with platforms such as Umbraco (website), Stripe or WorldPay (Payments), Coins (or similar Financial ERP systems) would be desirable
- Experience of coaching, developing, and guiding high performing teams
- Curiosity, Openness to new ideas and willingness to learn
