Not only that, we also offer a host of exceptional team member benefits too.The RoleYou'll play a key role in keeping hotel facilities in optimum operating condition by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel plant and machinery (including heat, power, air conditioning and refrigeration). You'll also carry out maintenance requests, including minor plumbing, electrical, joinery, painting, tiling work and any other maintenance work required. You will work closely with your colleagues in Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure the hotels are kept in an excellent state of repair and support the maintenance manager in running shifts.In addition to having previous experience in a similar role, we look for a Maintenance Supervisor to be a strong team player & leader who has strong attention to detail and an absolute commitment to the craft. You'll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you'll have a good command of the English language.The PersonAs well as having previous experience in a similar role, you'll hold relevant qualifications in general maintenance work, covering a range of disciplines such as plumbing, electrical, or joinery. We're looking for a practical, motivated individual who brings strong technical know-how and a proactive approach to every task. You take pride in your work, lead by example, and ensure everything runs safely and efficiently behind the scenes.
  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally within hospitality or a similar environment.
  • Strong hands-on skills across a variety of maintenance areas.
  • Proven leadership ability, with excellent attention to detail and high standards.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to respond effectively to guest needs and changing situations.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
