- Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets

- Monitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and report
- Comply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirements
- Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environment
- Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable (but not essential)
- Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail
- A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs
- Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally
