Technical Business Analyst - Inside IR35 Contract

• Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
• Produce analysis, data mapping and data analytical skills using SQL, Excel and Power BI
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define scope and success criteria.
• Identify key constraints, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.
• Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients.
• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating solutions using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and test management tools.
• End-to-end project involvement from leading workshops through to design and delivery phases.

• Strong Business Analysis experience on technical projects.
• Proven track record in producing high-quality Business Requirements Documents, Business Processes Mapping and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into structured outputs
• Agile Delivery experience and has working within an Agile delivery team

• Has worked on both large scale and smaller projects and been responsible for defining and designing business solutions.
• Previous experience with Use Case Scenarios.
• Good project management skill with the ability to plan and schedule own work and work towards tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills — be able to explain complicated processes and concepts to non-experts.
