- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- A strong background in HR within a matrix environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies at an organisational level.
- Expert knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in of partnering c-suite execs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to analyse data and deliver strategic insights to drive decision-making.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to complex HR challenges.
- A competitive salary ranging from £95,000 to £110,000 per annum.
