Our placements operate on a 2 week on, 2 week off rota, and you will be alternating with each other.This is a permanent placement, and you will be supporting our lovely client living in Chichester.Following a person-centred care plan, you will tailor your support to meet our clients' needs.Job DescriptionYour role will include:
  • You'll be matched with our client based on your skills and you client's needs, providing tailored support and companionship
  • Following our client's individual care plan, you will generally provide a daily average of 10 hours care provision to your client
  • Moving and handling
  • Personal care
  • Medication support
  • Food and nutrition support
  • Cooking, cleaning and ensuring the smooth running of the client's home
