gap personnel is working in partnership with a well-established pallet distribution business that is currently looking to recruit a reliable and skilled Forklift Driver / Yard Operative on a part-time basis.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced yard environment and is confident operating a forklift.Key Duties:Handling and organising pallets either by hand or using a forkliftOperating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload delivery vehiclesArranging pallets by type and size to maintain order in the yardSupporting general yard operations as required * Must be able to work as part of a team or alone.What We’re Looking For:Must hold a valid counterbalance forklift licensePrevious experience in a similar setting is an advantageA proactive attitude and willingness to assist with general yard workPhysically capable of performing manual handling tasks * Driving licence (preferred)Sound like the job for you?
