- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day each year up to 30 days
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services pensions administration, with a strong focus on contract-based DC schemes (GPP/GSIPP); experience with Occupational DC and DB schemes is desirable
- Strong knowledge of DC pension contribution calculations, including salary sacrifice and relief at source
- Solid understanding of automatic enrolment legislation, including cyclical re-enrolment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, with experience handling large data sets and managing membership records via back-office systems
- Familiar with the systems and administration processes used by workplace pension providers
- Confident and effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Some people management skills, including providing feedback and conducting peer reviews
- Experience managing market tenders and pricing processes with contract-based pension providers
- Previous client-facing administration experience, particularly with pension scheme implementation or switch projects
- Understanding of DC pensions payroll, including provider-payroll interactions and implementation support
- Experience supporting advisers or consultants on pension advisory projects
- Previous experience working with DB pensions
- Strong organisational and time management skills; able to multitask and work under pressure
- A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- High attention to detail; analytically and numerically skilled, with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex data
- Committed to maintaining high standards of quality and client responsiveness
- Good understanding of current pensions legislation
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent (or higher)
- Ideally, experience working in an EBC or benefits-focused IFA environment
